Here’s a step-by-step guide to getting started with writing your first document:

Create a New Document

• From the dashboard, navigate to the Writer menu.
• In the Writer section, click the (+) New Document button at the top left.

Enter a Prompt for Your Document

• A popup modal will appear asking you to describe your research paper/ essay/ article or enter a prompt. The description should give an overview of what you’re writing about.
• If you want Paperguide to generate an outline for your document based on the prompt, ensure the Create Document Outline checkbox is selected.
• If you don’t want an outline, you can uncheck the Create Document Outline option. This allows you to start with a blank document.

The more detailed and specific your prompt, the better the AI will understand the structure and topic of your document, leading to more accurate suggestions and a tailored outline.
